Classic Western Massage (Swedish Massage)
Often considered the perfect relaxation massage, the therapist
incorporates long flowing and continuous strokes, a combination
of light non invasive and deeper kneading which produce a profound
state of relaxation in the client.

Deep Tissue Massage
This technique uses strong pressure, slow, deep strokes and
friction to release chronic muscle tension. The incorporation of elbows
is used to address trigger points and areas of holding. This work
tends to be more intensive and deep.

Sports Massage
Sports specific massage dedicated to enhance
athletic performance and recovery.
Deep massage techniques and assisted stretching
may be included in this session.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a unique experience. It involves the use of
heated basalt stones of varying sizes. This is a massage that washes
away stress and induces a state of deep relaxation in addition to
calming the entire nervous system.

Pregnancy Massage
Expectant Mothers experience unique physical and emotional
changes that occur due to increased weight, shifting posture
and adjusting hormone levels. Prenatal massage is a natural
touch therapy aimed at relieving pregnancy related symptoms such
as fatigue and muscular tension. Moms will also benefit from low
back relief and increased circulation through the ninth month without
causing undue pressure or strain on baby or abdomen.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is available in the work environment, social gatherings
and organized events.This is an ideal introduction to the benefits
of massage. Not only is chair massage time efficient and stress
reducing, but also revitalizing and energizing! The client stays fully
clothed while relaxing in a custom built massage chair.
1 Hour ~ $70 per hour/per therapist

Palliative Massage
Palliative care specializes in the relief of the pain,
symptoms and stress of serious illness. The goal is to
improve quality of life for patients and their families.
Palliative care is appropriate at any point in an illness.
And it can be provided at the same time as treatment that is
meant to cure you. A key benefit of palliative care is that it
customizes treatment to meet the needs of each individual person.

Home visits are available to established clientele and
referrals only. A fee of $30.00 is applied for local travel in the
greater Torrington area.
